We'll create a space where you can be 100% you. 🔥 ANXIETY IDENTIFICATION & VISUALISATION In this part of the session, we’ll identify those pesky situations where your anxiety pops up. We’ll visualize these moments like scenes in a comic book—think of it as facing your fears head-on. By the end, you'll know exactly where those nerves come from, and we’ll start plotting how to defeat them. 🔥 UNMASKING LIMITING BELIEFS Time to get real! We’ll dive into those thoughts that might be sabotaging your confidence—like "I have to be perfect" or "Everyone will judge me." Don’t worry, we’ll flip those thoughts on their head and start changing the narrative. 🔥REFRAMING: TURN YOUR WEAKNESS INTO STRENGTHS Here’s where the magic happens! We’ll take those negative thoughts and turn them into positive power-ups. Think of it as rewriting your origin story—because you’re not “terrible” at your new language; you’re a work in progress, getting stronger every day! By the end of this, you’ll have a toolkit full of new, empowering ways to think about your language journey. 🔥 MISSION DEBRIEF Before you fly off into the sunset, we’ll wrap up with a quick debrief. I’ll give you some homework—don’t worry, it’s the fun kind! You’ll get exercises that will challenge you to step out of your comfort zone. Think of it as leveling up between sessions!
